

Ingredients:
50g Oat flour
30g Granulated monk fruit
2g Baking powder
2g Bicarbonate of soda
5ml Vanilla extract
100g Banana (the riper the better)
50g Nonfat yogurt
50g Egg whites
10g Mini chocolate chips
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
(If you don't use the chocolate chips, the whole batch will have approximately 340 kcal)
