You are very beautiful
I turned my daughter onto your channel Leslie and she said omg she is so sweet and cute. I said I know right makes ya want her as a best friend ❤
I love sliced bananas, blueberries, sliced strawberries, mixed with low fat sour cream, cinnamon, a splash of vanilla, and a little bit of brown sugar. No baking required. Just delicious, and fresh.
Cinnamon is so good for us, too!😊
THANK YOU! I have this on my list of things to try- and I was doubtful they’d be good. Excellent idea with the additional spices. Thanks again!!
I made the with apples and cinnamon and they were wonderful
What eye shadow are you wearing? Looks so pretty!
Add oatmeal
I clicked because of your hair! 😍🔥
Sounds yummy x
Eggs would be a better choice . I don't see how the muffins can be high protein. Peanut butter is high in sugar, oils & trans fats. Bananas are also high in sugar. Looks more like a yummy dessert!😉
You look gorgeous btw!
Thanks Leslie. Always looking out for your buddies!
Look yummy. I take 1/2 muffin each morning with an orange. And please don't forget my coffee!
The first time I made these was without the spices. I don’t usually eat bananas or sugar so, I thought they were good. Thanks for the idea of adding cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to kick up the flavor for the next batch I bake for the family. I use natural peanut butter, only peanuts, no added sugar or oil. I fold the berries in last to keep them as whole as possible. I use an ice cream scoop to fill each muffin pan and I baked these in silicone cupcake pans for a clean release from the pans. These freeze and thaw reasonably well.
Cute hair
That's low protein but very high sugar
Such a good idea thanks ! I’ll add the spices !❤
Thank you for posting your recipe under description… That is all it takes folks for us to subscribe. Thank you for the update version of this high protein muffin. It's five in the morning , going to catch a couple more hours of sleep , and I'll be making it
These look great I can’t wait to try them. I might add a little allspice and cardamom. Thanks, Leslie.
One of my favorite hacks for banana, especially a sweeter banana flavor, is to use banana baby food! I use a large jar to replace one banana. It adds sweetness and additional moistness. I also use it in my oatmeal with some fresh blueberries and in my smoothies.
THANK YOU FOR SHARING!
I'm happy you mentioned that about the spices.Because I add spices to everything. I and when you see other people do it, they act like it tastes delicious without any seasoning at all.
thank you!!!
Actually, that looks high fat and high carb. Definitely not high protein. Relatively low nutritional value overall. On the other hand, probably better than a Little Debbie. 😂
The Swerve Brown Sugar alternative would be great added into this. Stuff is amazing!
How is this high protein? 2 eggs have 12 g, the other sources maybe 3g ltogether. This is not hight protein.
Not high protein, just average amount. The protein is them negated by the mashed ripe banana as the sugar content there is high. Natural sugar yes but it is still a high sugar item. Have a plain bar of chocolate… Better for you.
