  1. I’m sitting here in Northern California eating breakfast. The thumbnail for this post keeps popping up and my eyes are constantly drifting over to eat. Visually it looks fabulous. So if it looks good – then oooooh yum – I’ll bet it tastes even more amazing. I can’t wait to try it. Thank you for opening my eyes to finer canned tuna products.

  2. yummmmmm we also have here in the U.S /maine a cucumber ham sandwich . chop ham as you like it deseed cucumbers dry off add mayo in a bowl season to taste.a add pepper no salt as ham is salty on its own….i like onion pwder in mine and dill.. mix well set in fridge to set up ,take out see if it needs any more mayo…sandwhich it up with chips i like corn chips…yummmm

  3. This is a recipe I made myself very often. (without the dille pickles. Don’t like them that much)The recipe has grown like that over the years. It’s so amazing, i’m total stunned.
But i never thought to combine it with cucumber, such a good idea for next time.

  4. I assume zucchini could be substituted for the cucumber. I don't really like cucumbers. This looks super! Your tuna salad with kidney beans was great!

  5. Have been getting bored with limp lifeless sandwiches. But this looks awesome. Look forward to making some for myself and my wife

  6. I had a tuna sandwich for lunch today, wish I had seen your sandwich before I ate it,🎉the cucumber would have made it amazing!🙏🏻Albert.

  7. The quality of the tuna really matters! Using yogurt instead of mayonnaise would be lighter and healthier while retaining creaminess! Wins all aroubd!

  8. Every single recipe you made for us, I always think "yes I'd totally eat that" thank you!! This looks great, perfect lunch to make on repeat.

  9. Went to purchase Spain on a Fork mugs – but it looks like there is only small 11oz mugs. Any chance you can add 15oz mugs? Love your channel!!!!

  10. Yum yum…made tuna this morning for my Friday fish day lunch. Definitely will add cucumber. Thank you Albert for this an all your delicious and healthy recipes.❤

  11. great recipe–for my own personal preference, I would keep everything exactly the same, except for the first layer, I would add some sliced tomatoes with salt & pepper, then build your recipe from there. I'm anxious to try this one. Thanks so much…I wish it were lunchtime.

  12. I love a tuna sandwich. This one will make a nice variant: I like the addition of red onion. Pass on the dill pickle-I loathe them – and I use mayo as I'm lactose intolerant. I already add cucumber to many sandwiches, ever since an overnight train journey from a political convention. We went to the canteen as soon as we got back, and my mouth felt like a parrot's cage. My colleague suggested that some cucumber on my ham sandwich would freshen the feeling till we could get home to clean up, and as the taste was also good I have tended to add it to ham, tuna and dressed salmon sandwiches ever since.
