17.9lb prime before trimming
Started at around 8pm for fully overnight.
I did 200 on super smoke but want to do 225 on next just because I think temp may have been too low.
Wrapped around 165. Pulled off around 204. Stayed warm in cooler for at least an hour before cutting.
Needs improvement but everyone enjoyed it at least.
Second smoke on new to me timberline 1300.
Followed this up with smoked queso then some burgers and hot dogs for good measure lol.

Something that big definitely needs to rest longer. In a cooler wrapped in a towel i would say for a minimum of 4 hours.
