This was a bit of a posher fry up (Ground in Cardiff)than I'd normally have but it was pay day.

Sausage patty, 2 poached eggs(you can choose how you have them done), overnight bacon (sous vide overnight, making it soft inside and crispy outside), mushrooms, homemade beans and sourdough bread. Paprika oil trickled over it.

It was banging, to be fair. Every aspect cooked spot on. I've never had bacon like that, was almost like pork belly but so soft and so crispy.

£15.50 but I left satisfied.
