Romaine lettuce
Cucumbers

Sumac

FOR THE DRESSING:
Extra virgin olive oil: get the best quality you can. It should taste a little peppery

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut up pita pieces and toast at 350°F for 10 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool. Once cool toss in olive oil and sumac.
Chop all vegetables and herbs into bite-sized pieces
Whisk together dressing ingredients
Toss vegetables with dressing
Add crispy pita just before serving
Garnish with fresh mint (optional), dried mint (optional), sumac, and pomegranate molasses.
