COZY BAKED ZITI

Classic, crowd-pleasing, zero surprises

Ingredients
1 lb ziti pasta
1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1½ cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain.
Brown meat in a skillet, season with salt & pepper.
Add sauce + seasoning to meat. Simmer 5 minutes.
Mix: Pasta + meat sauce + ricotta + half the mozzarella.
Bake: Transfer to greased baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella + Parmesan.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.

Freezer win: Assemble, cover, freeze. Bake straight from frozen (add ~15 minutes).
