What’s the point of all the seasoning sprinkled on the outer shell of the crab?
It’s not like it’s going to soak through the hard shell and get to the meat and flavor it
It will flavor your fingers. I guess why you wrestle with the legs to get the crab meat out I guess you can lick your finger fingers and taste seasoning and then take a bite of the crab leg.
I’ve caught approximately 1000 dungenous crab in my life, clean them and process them. I may know a thing or two about crabs.
