   Forgot to add text: top tier is guacamole, green salsa, smoky red salsa, milder yellow salsa.

   Bottom tier is limes, pickled carrots, picked onions, cabbage.

   All the salsas were outstanding. We got pretty much the same treatment everywhere we went so far.
