Looks good!
For what its worth, I think homemade salsa always tastes best on day 2.
Second best is right after you make it.
Third best is days 3-gone.

I became inspired by this sub as I was buying a lot of Mrs Renfros, Kylitos and Mateos. My goal was for something hot with a little sweetness and a good earthyness.
What I got was sweet and heat, I missed the earthyness but this is my favorite salsa I’ve had and I’ll never go back to store bought.
Recipe: 5 Habaneros 2 Fresno Peppers 5 Mini Sweet Peppers A bunch of small organic Romas (7-8?) 1 White Onion 1 Green Onion Bundle Salt Pepper
The Habs give it that nice heat while the mini peppers give it the sweetness. I’ll continue to work on it by adding some garlic next time and explore some other ingredients.
Thank you all for making me give this a try.
