Bone In Turkey Thighs – Rotisserie

Mix of B&B oak/hickory briquettes and oak lump with a chunk of hickory for good measure. Loot N Booty Gold Star Chicken Rub, taken to 177. Came out great. Only my second cook on the charcoal rotisserie, but now I want to flat basket just for thighs. Talk about a never ending hobby!
