I made Japanese curry with homemade karaage, looks good?

    The rice looks cooked nicely but seems to be the wrong type. You wouldn’t find scallions/spring onions on rice served with curry sauce. The sauce itself looks as it has the perfect texture but the dark flecks look dubiously burned. Karaage would probably be better deep-fried twice for some extra crunch. They look very juicy though. I’d definitely eat it and ask for second helpings but there is always room for improvement.
