Bob Evans Farmhouse Kitchen has launched a new Winter 2026 menu, adding new dishes designed to bring loved ones together during the colder months.

The menu launched yesterday. It includes new breakfast items, appetizers and burgers as well as appetizers, drinks and sides made with the chain’s classic approach to farm-style food.

A noted addition is a new take on a breakfast favorite: Cinnamon Roll French Toast. The dish uses sliced cinnamon rolls dipped in a traditional egg batter and cooked on the griddle until golden. It is topped with cream cheese icing, powdered sugar and whipped topping for an extra-sweet start to the day.

The cinnamon roll French toast comes in several versions. Guests can order it as a full Farmer’s Choice breakfast with eggs, meat and a side or as a simpler plate with breakfast meat. Bob Evans is also offering a family-sized version designed for takeout, which feeds up to six people and includes eggs, meat and classic breakfast sides.

The winter menu also introduces a new Double Dippin’ sauce, described by the company as smoky and savory. The sauce is featured on a new double-stacked cheeseburger topped with caramelized onions and American cheese, served on a brioche bun. It also pairs with a new fried pickles appetizer.

To round out the menu, Bob Evans added new drinks and a new hearty side dish. Peach berry iced tea and peach berry lemonade blend fruit flavors with classic beverages, while a new cheesy potato bake offers a warm, filling option made with shredded potatoes and melted cheese.
