Went to pick up my lobsters for VDay and they had live blues, couldn't resist.
Hot water until they floated, cleaned and sauced (yuengling, butter, old bay, meat church seafood seasoning, 2 garlic cloves, green onion)

    i make a mean sauce with pasta with them
