All where amazing, but the wagyu sirloin is seriously the best steak I have ever made (last two pictures).

It came out medium and at first and I was kind of disappointed, but when I tasted it – everything was perfect. The richness of the fat, crispy crust, solid but melt-in-your-mouth tender.. It was geniunly unbelievable!

We just stood over the kitchen counter and scarfed down piece by piece like two cave people lmao, didn’t need any sides, sauce or wine to improve it. It was perfect on it’s own.
