


Working through my pantry and I added 2 cans of diced tomatoes to my 93% lean ground turkey– wish I’d started doing this sooner. Macros for 100g of the new recipe are in the attached photos; usually, 100g of cooked ground turkey would get me 230 calories, 0g carbs, 30g protein, and 11g fat. Not too bad!
