

Been using premade Publix dough to keep one of my variables as controlled as it can be. Making my own sauce with Mutti Crushed and doing a mixture of fresh mozzarella and low moisture. All made on a pizza screen, moving at different levels in home oven throughout the cook. Happy with it so far but I've definitely had a dozen of not so good ones so far, but I've learned something from each one.

Lovely pizza! This sub is really pushing me to start making my own dough and start cranking out pizzas. I cook a lot of everything else, having done a pizza yet.
