Limited bookings go live six weeks in advance, on Mondays at 12pm, and they save a bunch of restaurant tables for walk-ins. But don’t think that means queuing is a thing of the past. For the shortest wait, arrive when the pub opens (11am), add your name to the virtual waitlist, have a pint in the pub while you wait, and they’ll message when the table is ready. Expect to bed in before a table comes up in the evening.
