Hopefully this counts since I will be using it in ramen in a few days! I was inspired by home cooking methods for carnitas, so I trimmed it, cooked it in oil at 275 for 4.5 hours, then roasted at 500 for 10 minutes and broiled for 2 minutes and it was amazing. Juicy, tender, with little crispy bits

    You’re overcleaning your trays.

    You should rub them with oil and bake them in the oven like you would season a cast iron. They will turn nonstick.

    stop cleaning them with the green pad or steel wool. Clean them with a blue pad.
