Don’t think I did too bad if I do say so myself (the curry was about maybe 45g of protein, the chicken was 2kg of chicken drumsticks) (first time making a curry from scratch too lmao)

    Please post your recipe(s)!

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

  2. Just curious why you use the lid upsidedown?

    That chicken looks yummy

    Recipe:

Rice – I’m cheap so I just used long grain rice, 1kg for like 52p I think it was? Just boiled it in water

The curry – oil in a pan, some spices in there, let it get hot, chopped onions about maybe half an onion till they turn brown then a can of chopped tomatoes into the pan, further spices and mixed then let it simmer for a bit. Can of hot dogs (it’s odd I know but it was ≈40g of protein for a can which is very good) chopped up and put into the curry, then one of the drumsticks took the meat off it and chopped it up and put it into the simmering curry. Topped it with some coriander

Parathas : just pan cooked some, used a bit of oil because they stick to my pan easily

Chicken: put oil chicken and spices in a bowl and mixed them together, stabbed wholes into it with a fork and made three slash marks across the chickens to let the insides cook well too left to marinate for an hour. Put oil in the air frier with spices and turned it on for a minute just to mix. Put the chicken into the air frier for 15 minutes. Would turn off the air frier every 15 minutes then let it sit in the steam for 5 minutes before flipping the chickens and repeating until it came to be golden brown

Where are the veggies ? Fibres are very important as much as the protein
