    The chicken drumsticks were sea salt tenderized the night before grilling, w/ 5 peppercorn grind later added. After grilling, they served w/ five hot sauces (including Sambal Oelek, Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha, Yellowbird Habanero, Dick’s Caribbean Dream Bajan Barbados mustard style hot sauce & a homemade home grown habanero raspberry blueberry blackberry fermented hot sauce, see pictures).

    The Norland red potatoes were cooked w/ Hy’s seasoning salt.

    You can see the home garden potato harvest in the last picture, it also includes French Fingerling & Russian Blue heirloom varieties.
