Perinton, N.Y. — Casa Larga Vineyards hosted its 31st Ice Wine and Culinary Festival Saturday, which offered an assortment of fine wines and seasonal pairings.

“We like to celebrate the fact that it’s a cold climate, a wine that not many make, so we want to share that joy with everyone,” said Melinda Countryman, the director of special events at Casa Larga Vineyards.

Ice Wine is rare, risky, and costly to produce due to its processing method.
