Tiramisu: espresso buttercream surrounding espresso-soaked lady fingers

Chocolate dipped strawberry: Swiss meringue strawberry buttercream surrounding homemade strawberry jam. Dipped in tempered Belgian dark chocolate.

PS- tempering chocolate is tricky! Hard to keep it from blooming at all.
