
Onion beef sake mirin soy sauce msg salt pepper, these are staples! I heartily recommend putting rice on at 10pm and by the time you are tempted to order a pizza, you have a beautiful beef bowl to chow down. It’s filling, delicious, and you don’t need to throw out that last onion in your fridge. (I didn’t have beni shoga so I had to use sushi ginger)! Oops.

Great when sober, too!
If you are drunk, please do not try to cook. It can be quite dangerous. By all means, pick up gyudon from the conbini while walking home drunk and cooking are a poor combination.
