It worked for me when ny MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) was really intense in 2015-2020:

  • Fresh food only (no leftovers)

  • Simple (minimal ingredient stacking)

  • Stabilizing (blood sugar balanced)

  • Gut-supportive (fiber diversity gradually increased)

  • Antioxidants rich (herbs are my fave source)

  • Nervous-system aware (stress chemistry matters)

  • Circadian rhythm based (very important)

Initially, when hit by MCAS, I took a wrong blanket elimination which led to Fear, Malnutrition and Microbiome damage. Wrong choice I paid for.
