Ingredients:

Pork belly,

Soy sauce,

Gochujang paste,

Jarlic,

Minced ginger,

Brown sugar,

Medium grain white rice.

I cut the pork into 1/2 inch cubes and boiled them for 10 minutes. While that boiled, I cooked down some water and sugar until dissolved. I added soy sauce and the garlic, ginger and the pork and let that reduce, I’d say it took about half an hour.👍👍👍👍👍

    That sticky pork looks incredible  the glaze is so glossy and rich, and over fluffy rice like that? Absolute comfort food perfection. 🤤🤤
