Italian on Focaccia

It was fantastic actually. First new sandwich I've had in a long while that I really enjoyed. The restaurant is called "My friend Derek's" in Seattle. They only do sandwiches on the weekend. Detroit style pizza other days.

ETA I know it's not a traditional Italian. I didn't name it.
