Need help figuring out the estimate for this cake, I'm gonna slice it up later.
The filling is mousse and cream (not sure) and some chocolate chips with strawberries and a mix of other berries. It is mostly filling than cake. 373 grams

is it homemade or store bought?
I’m crszyyyy interested in this cake!!!! Most mousse cakes are around 3.7-4 kcal per gram so 1250-1350 kcal is around what I’d log the whole thing 🎉
