
This is another fun way to experience our national dish in Singapore without having to deal with sticky fingers and cracking shells. I was thrilled to find this version at my local ramen shop with outlets all over the island. The al dente ramen comes with a perfectly fried soft shell crab, spicy chilli crab sauce and extra tonkotsu broth on the side for just S$16/US$12. The sauce did make me cry happy tears but was irresistible. This was at the 24H outlet in Ang Mo Kio but they have other branches all over the island.
