Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 350g
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Jalapenos chopped 1
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Makhan (Butter) melted 60g
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 5 Cups
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
-Water 2 Cups or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken mince,onion,tomato,garlic,red chili crushed,cumin powder,pink salt,dried oregano,black pepper crushed,jalapenos,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter,cooking oil,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt,baking powder,yogurt & mix well until it crumbled.
-Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil & knead again until soft dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead again until smooth is formed then cut into 8 equal parts with the help of a dough cutter & make a ball.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
-Apply butter & oil mixture,add & spread chicken filling,place another rolled dough,similarly makes 8 layers.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (use dry flour if needed).
-Apply butter & oil mixture & fold in a square shape.
-Transfer it to a baking tray (17×11 inches) greased & lined with baking sheet,cover with kitchen cloth & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
-Apply butter & oil mixture & spread with the help of hands.
-Add & spread whisked egg & make gashes with the help of the roller.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 15-18 minutes (on both grills & fan).
-After baking,cover with kitchen cloth for 10 minutes.
-Cut in desired pieces & serve with sour cream!

Nice, but it is titled a Ramzan special recipe, and ideally, for Ramzan, the recipes should be less time consuming.
Please show healthy recipes for Ramadan with less oil.
