BBQ Bacon Meatball Subs
I love getting meal ideas from unexpected sources. I had pulled out some meatballs, bacon, and a half-empty bag of onion rings. At first, I thought about just making simple meatball subs… but then I thought: if it can go on a Whopper, surely it can go on a meatball sub, right?
This recipe has become a regular at our house! I hope you like it too!
All you need are: Frozen meatballs, Bacon, frozen onion rings, sliced cheese, hot dog buns or hoagie rolls, BBQ sauce, and French-fried onions.
