Pulled this one from the back of the stash. Forgot I had it. Not generally the biggest fan of mackerel. Must have picked it up for the novelty on a trip to Japan
The mackerel has a light sweetness to it. Not overly fishy. The sauce was reminiscent of Parmesan with some bitterness from the yuzu. Not a lot of citrus though
