Can I ask why you did the baggy method for tomatoes? These are usually left for hard to germinate seeds. Why not sow them directly into the soil?

No more like 10 days I just, not much sunlight where my place is and now I have grow lights I can do what needs to be done but not my first time growing just tried something different this year. I live in Philly and ran its 30 degrees on a good day but now that I have seedlings I can properly put in soil
