Actually, with a little mayo, a hard boiled egg sandwich is pretty close to having egg salad if done right. I wouldn’t just slice one and toss a slice of cheese on it and call it done though.

i thought those were onions at first and was gonna lose my mind. but, add some mustard salt pep and mayo, maybe a bit of paprika, and youve got a deconstructed egg salad sandwich. idk about the cheese though lol
