chicken breast thin slices, oregano, Spanish herbs, black pepper powder, turmeric, chilli flakes, coriander, onion, ginger garlic paste, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt

Instructions:
mix all herbs, spices and olive oil in a bowl, coat chicken breast slices evenly with the spice and herb mix, add fresh lemon juice and massage well, cover and marinate for 3 hours, heat a grill pan on medium flame, grill chicken on one side until golden, flip and cook the other side evenly, remove from pan, cut into pieces and serve with grated cucumber and lemon
