so the little black stips, this is my first time having actual ramen, and didn't get a chance to ask whay they were. Little black strips in the top of the bowl.

Generally I hate mushrooms, but these are an exception because they’re actually pretty tasty.

If you want to re-create it at home, try to find dried/shredded mushrooms like that at your Asian food store. You will have to re-constitute them with boiling water and/or a stir fry.

What kind of crispy meat is that getting soggy in the broth? No cross-section on the egg? Criminal.
