
Have played around a bit with MD before (originally after doing a ton of research about what diet is best for depression, ha!) but making a more serious attempt now and am hoping posting will help me be accountable/encourage me.
Eating is always the last thing to recover for me which means I’ve made myself very few proper meals in YEARS, and this week (second anniversary of my mom’s passing) was particularly bad. I really want to stop giving Uber Eats my money!
Inspired by another post here I stocked up on easy access stuff..
Featured: store-bought hummus warmed up and drizzled with olive oil (also sprinkled some Aleppo pepper on it after snapping the photo), store-bought gluten free pita bread, jarred roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts with feta, cucumber, tinned smoked oysters with a dash of sherry vinegar.
