I made picanha today for first time, great dry aged 3.3kg (7.2lb) piece, I can't believe how easy it was and the results were amazing.

I used amazing ribs Texas dry rub and the recipe from https://www.reddit.com/r/KamadoJoe/s/Em66SpZOGV

Next time I will try to trim the fat cap a bit.
