




Breakfast: breakfast bowls with one has brown patty, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, pico, jalapeños, and hot sauce
Lunch: high protein taco pasta with barilla protein plus pasta, lean ground beef, habaneros, onion, and the sauce is a jar of salsa, Greek yogurt, fat free milk, low fat cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning
Dinner: tandoori chicken marinated with Greek yogurt, spices, onion, and jalapeño on rice with a side of roasted broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
Snack: mini peppers and baby carrots (not pictured is dip made with Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning)
