Ingredients
For the Green rice
* Blanched spinach 1/2 cup
* Coriander 1/2 cup
* Green chillies 1
* Garlic 2 tsp
* Ginger 1 tsp
* Lemon juice 1 tsp
* Water 1 tbsp
Blend everything to make the green sauce
* Rice 3/4 cup (cooked)
* Onions 2 tbsp
* Baby corn 2 tbsp
* Broccoli 2 tbsp
* Red pepper 2 tbsp
* Green sauce 1/2 cup
* Salt to taste
* Garlic 1 tbsp
* Olive oil 2 tsp
For the Paneer
* Paneer 1/2 cup
* Corn 1/4 cup
* Garlic 2 tsp
* Olive oil 2 tsp
* Mixed herbs 1 tsp
* Chilli flakes 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Coriander 2 tsp
For the Millet sauce
* Butter 2 tbsp
* Ragi flour 2 tbsp
* Milk 3/4 cup
* Cheese 2 tbsp
* Red chilli powder 2 tsp
* Salt to taste
