
Makes 3-4 servings
1 – 15oz can sliced potatoes (170kcal)
1 – 16oz can low sodium chick peas (315kcal)
1 – 14.5oz can sliced carrots (70kcal)
8oz white sliced mushrooms (50kcal)
4 beef bouillon cubes (20kcal)
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, ginger to taste
1tbsp cornstarch to thicken (35kcal)
Add water to cover and heat to a boil, stirring occasionally, reduce and add cornstarch, let sit and thicken!
