Avocado-Based Wrap (no flour). Recipe ↓

■ INGREDIENTS:
• avocado – 1 large
• eggs – 2 large
• lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• salt – to taste
• sesame seeds – optional

For filling (optional):
• cream cheese
• hummus
• Greek yogurt
• mayonnaise
• veggies, chicken, or anything you like

■ HOW TO COOK:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Add the avocado, eggs, lemon juice, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it into a thin, even layer.

4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and lightly golden.

6. Let it cool slightly, then add your favorite filling.

7. Roll it up like a wrap, slice if needed, and serve.
