The way you’d make this more MD friendly is swapping out the bacon for some whole grain toast, oatmeal, other whole grain. Maybe even a big green salad too.
Bacon is fine occasionally but it’s a food you’d eat rarely on the MD diet, think holidays or birthday.
Your plate should be mostly whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts/seeds/legumes.
Ie avocado toast on whole grain bread, egg cooked in EVOO, berries

I love bacon too and am trying to do more MD and also not overdo the carbs. So I get your dilemma. I have a package of bacon every couple months and choose uncured eat over the week.
You can add more veggies to the eggs like onion, bell pepper mushroom.
Salads are very filling as are legumes. Beans do add carbs, but also a lot of nutrients so they’re not as bad as carbs from bread for example.
You’re doing good, keep taking steps.

My Dr. put me on MD diet as a “guide” 60 carbs a meal, 650 sodium a meal, 1500-2000 calories a day.

IMO it’s a good start! Lots of fiber in your blueberries, strawberries and avocado. Protein and fat with your eggs. But as others suggest bacon isn’t the greatest because of the saturated fats. Once in awhile is great, of course, you gotta live and enjoy!
I don’t think you can do keto Mediterranean, tbh. Because it’s high in fiber and whole grains, legumes. Which is what actually clears out all the gunk in your colon (fiber), and things like red meat, or fatty meats don’t get washed away as easily. Remember colon cancer is on the rise in us young folks because of (likely) lack of fiber and high in artificial sweeteners. So unless you have a medical reason for keto I’d slowly make the transition to higher fiber(30g per day).

Something we do that makes it a lot easier/faster is prepping large pots of things like, curried lentils, really thick split pea soup (with some bacon crumbles), cilantro and lime brown rice, three bean salad, etc. Those usually have a good amount of diced veg in them (onion, peppers, cabbage, sweet potato, spinach, etc). These mixes free amazingly well if you want to do meal prep.
Then you always have something quick and already made on hand that is super tasty and filling, and fits with the MD diet.
