.5 cup of fresh cut strawberry

2 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

.5 cups salt

1 tsp vanilla

3 duck egg yolks

leftover chocolate fondue

leftover brownie bites

  1. blend strawberries with 1 cup of milk

  2. gently heat milk and strawberry mixture with other cup of milk

  3. add sugar, salt, and vanilla

  4. whisk one cup of milk mixture with egg yolks

  5. add custard mixture back to the milk mixture

  6. turn off heat and add cream

  7. chill mixture until cold

  8. churn for 35 min

  9. move ice cream to storage container and mix in the room tempature fondue and chopped brownie pieces

  10. freeze overnight (or consume all if it right away without sharing with anyone)
