not sure exactly if this counts as instant ramen or not.. but its not homemade so i figured it was. but i added some bean sprouts, pork tenderloin, and green onions to it. its genuinely delicious and its not too in your face or too little flavor! the noodles were super bouncy and chewy and it was just perfect! very filling and it felt like home to me lol. their tonkotsu flavor was a little bland.. so keep in mind if you look into the brand.

Their miso and tantanmen are the best. Agreed the tonkotsu isn’t so great.
Love how you added bean sprouts and pork, that makes it feel restaurant-quality.
