    I had a light battered lobster tail, first thought was Why?…and it was so juicy and moist inside, best I’ve ever had. SO, this looks like an absolute smashing, delicious, wonderful meal. Food Porn indeed!

    I don’t get this.. you’re breading the shell? Is it soft-shell? Also, if not, you’re not really frying the crab *meat*, you’re just steaming it inside the shell as the shell fries..

  5. King crab is currently running more than $100/pound, at least in Southern California. I wouldn’t be frying it at that price.

    Not only is this not king crab, but also there’s fried shrimp and lobster taking up the majority of the dish.

    Looks good though.
