This recipe is very special because it looks cute and also has a special ingredient: TOFU! You can’t really taste it but it makes it super creamy. I’m Asian, so at first the idea sounded a bit weird even to me, but I already used tofu in many dessert recipes, so… 👀
Omg thank you for sharing this. I’ve been trying to avoid coconut but that was my favorite base for chia seed pudding. I also wanted to figure out how to add more protein to chia seed pudding without protein powder or nuts because of tummy issues. This is so perfect! I use silken tofu for other creamy bases so idk why I didn’t think of this.
