Boyfriend gifted me a 3 month cheese subscription from Murray’s for Christmas and this was one of the cheeses from this month!

This is a sheep’s milk cheese with a beautiful basket rind, and I absolutely love the flavor! Grassy and a bit a sweet! I had it this morning with some avocado and rice cakes 🙂
