In the 17th arrondissement, a few streets away from Square des Batignolles, Noé has set up shop with a simple but ambitious promise: to take the time to eat and drink well. Here, you can sit down without watching the clock, carried away by refined cuisine and a passion for wine that underpins the entire project. A new gourmet and elegant restaurant to discover in western Paris.
In the heart of the 17th arrondissement, a gourmet address with 1,500 wine references
Behind Noé is a father-daughter duo, Mélina and Laurent Polito. Together, they have created a warm and welcoming place, designed as a meeting point between gastronomy and oenology. The restaurant’s name is no coincidence: Noé, the founding figure of viticulture, embodies this desire to pass on and share knowledge about wine. In terms of decor, wood, leather, stone, and natural tones create an elegant and warm dining room. The large central counter encourages conversation, and the open kitchen gives us a glimpse of what awaits us on our plates.

The beating heart of Noé is also in the basement. A vaulted stone cellar houses an impressive selection of 1, 500 wines, stored in a custom-made glass cellar. The selection is overseen by sommelier Thibault Jaffre, who has created a list combining great appellations, renowned estates, and more confidential winemakers.
In the kitchen, the launch is led by chef Benjamin Arnaboldi, former right-hand man to Adrien Cachot at Vaisseau, accompanied by sous-chef Den Mi Kim. The duo advocates technical and gourmet French cuisine, with a particular focus on seafood and cooking techniques.
On the menu, seared scallops, beef gravlax, and pâté en croûte set the tone for the meal. Small plates such as tapioca croquettes, marrow bones, and razor clams are also shared without moderation. A wonderful start to the meal, which can be followed by roast saddle of lamb, red mullet, or a beautiful piece of hake served with garlic cream and broccolini. Vegetarian options are also available on request.

All that remains is to finish this feast with a touch of sweetness: Noé-style Mont Blanc, pressed apple tatin, and chocolate fondant are among the wonderful options available.
With its masterful cuisine, spectacular wine cellar, and warm atmosphere, Noé is establishing itself as a new must-visit restaurant in the 17th arrondissement. It’s worth noting that a three-course lunch menu is available for less than €40, making the experience accessible to all.
