
I don't normally buy single plate ribs but this one looked really nice sitting being the glass at the H-E-B meat market and wanted something to smoke with the turkey breast I was planning to smoke. 8 hours over post oak at 180° before wrapping and finishing at 300°. It was like eating meat candy! Pictures in thread.
